This is so amazing! you are incredibly talented! What exactly is printmaking, do you draw the images or do you just do something to them? i don't get it!
Printmaking is all about being able to make exact replicas. So, all those prints I posted are created by scratching an image into copper. Then I rub ink into all the areas that got scratched and then run it through a press (kinda like a slab-roller in ceramics). But there are lots of ways to make a print. You could carve into a piece of wood or linoleum - kinda like a stamp - and there are even more ways to do it, but in this class we only deal with the copper plate.
